Have had this machine we reckon for 7 years, average use 3x per day, cost about $150 Australian, plastic body but otherwise the same as the stainless steel one our son bought at the same time - also still firing well.

Today had to fashion a thin washer to add to the existing one - before buying a replacement. It had started leaking around the Looks like $5.00 to buy a new one.

So a great long-lasting machine.

And reading some more...... I'm surprised that people are using tap water with all its ingredients. Use rain water and even filter that as we do. No clogging of filters.
