Krups Café Bistro: Great Coffee for a Busy Family

The Krups Café Bistro is the perfect coffee/espresso machine for a house that loves coffee like we do. You can make coffee, espresso and there is even a frothing wand for those of us that want cappuccino. This was the best choice of a coffee machine for my family because of all the features that it offers and because it fell right into the price range that we were looking to spend.

Now my husband's biggest argument when we were looking into getting a coffee machine that also made espresso and/or cappuccino is that it would not make a decent cup of coffee. My husband enjoys a good cup of coffee with cream and sugar and that's it. So it did take some convincing to get him agree to purchase the Krups coffee maker. We were both really surprised at the quality of coffee that it made. Being able to get a cup of coffee before the pot is done brewing is a great feature especially when we are short on time.

I myself have always loved drinking cappuccino and espresso but honestly had shied away from getting a machine to make them at home because I figured I would not prepare them correctly. The Krups Café Bistro is super simple to operate no matter if you are making coffee, cappuccino or espresso. I was able to make my drinks just the way that I like and as long as the machine was properly cleaned we could make great tasting coffee every time we wanted. I would suggest this coffee/espresso to anyone looking for an easy to use multipurpose coffee maker. I most definitely got my money's worth with mine.

Like for most combination coffee machine, the user reviews are very mixed. Many people find the espresso unsatisfactory. This is mainly down to your expectation. You cannot expect flawless cup of espresso from a steam machine.

However, for many people who drink mainly lattes and cappuccinos the Café Bistro does the job very well and may be more convenient than fully-fledged pump espresso machine.
